The Sioux Falls Design Center may be rented out any day throughout the week, Sunday through Saturday. Use of the Sioux Falls Design Center is subject to rental fees and taxes. Rates are as follows:
Hourly:$55/hour (two hour minimum)
Daytime:$275 (9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.)
Evening:$275 (5 p.m.-12:00 a.m.)
Full Day:$385 (9:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.)
All rentals are subject to a 6.5% sales tax

Please contact the Director Kellen Boice at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve the Sioux Falls Design Center. The space may be reserved, based on availability. When a reservation has been made, a contract will be sent to you. The contract must be signed and returned to:

Renters must provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of at least $500,000 before a reservation can be finalized.
This can be obtained by contacting your personal home owners or rental insurance agent. Please contact the SFDC Director for
Groups wishing to serve alcohol must receive the permission of the Sioux Falls City Council. Groups wishing to sell alcohol must purchase a one-day liquor license from the City of Sioux Falls. For more information CLICK HERE.
Arrangements with caterers are the responsibility of the rental party. Clean-up is the responsibility of the caterer or rental party.
Chairs, rectangular tables, and a podium are included in the rental fees. The Sioux Falls Design Center also has a whiteboard, chalkboards, projector, screen, microphone and speakers available for use.
Each party is responsible for hiring a sound technician and/or renting sound equipment not available at the Sioux Falls Design Center.
Equipment setup and room layout is the responsibility of the renter. Please consider set up and breakdown when making your reservation.
No smoking is allowed.
Alcohol and containers must remain within the space.
No plastic or Styrofoam dish ware allowed, paper plates or biodegradable materials only. If a caterer is providing place settings, it is the responsibility of the rental party to be sure dish ware is within these restrictions. Some dishes and flatware available please check with the SFDC Director for more information.
